If you have not found the answer to all your questions, we are happy to assist you at the reception. Please inform us in advance and at the reception/restaurant if you have any food intolerances. We are happy to offer gluten- and lactose-free products, but please note that we cannot accommodate severe food intolerances.

Linen change
Bed linen is changed every 3 days. On request, we provide clean bed linen daily for a fee. Please inform the reception if you require it!
Baby bed
We can provide a baby cot for our guests arriving with children. Please contact the reception with your request! A baby changing station is located in the women's bathroom on the ground floor.
Baby-friendly devices and services
Depending on our available capacity, we can provide the following equipment: high chair in the restaurant, baby bed, baby bath.
Bank and credit card acceptance
We accept Master Card, Maestro, and Visa cards at our hotel.
Bar
The night bar located at the reception serves its guests after the restaurant's opening hours. Opening hours: 20:00-07:00.
Razor
Disposable razors can be requested at the reception for a fee.

Please inquire at the reception about photocopying, scanning, printing options and their prices, as well as computer assistance!
Check-in
The booked room can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier arrival, depending on availability: between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, is possible for a surcharge of HUF 5,000 per room.
Check-out
Check-out on the day of departure by 10:00. Late check-out price (depending on occupancy): until 12:00 5,000 HUF/room, until 18:00 15,000 HUF/room, after 18:00 the full room rate will be charged.
Shoehorn
You will find it prepared in the room.
Shoe shine
A shoe shine machine is available at the reception.
Luggage storage
In case of early arrival or late departure, we will keep your luggage in a safe place. Please contact the reception with your request!

Upon arrival or departure, our colleague will take your luggage to/from your room upon request. Please notify the reception of your request!
Dietary, vegetarian meals
We will fulfill your request, please indicate your request at the reception upon arrival.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In case of smoking in the rooms or public areas, an extra cleaning fee of 40,000 HUF (10 Euros) will be charged.

In our elegantly furnished restaurant, our guests can choose from Hungarian and international cuisine specialties based on a menu and a drink list. Our wine list mainly offers wines from local and surrounding wine producers. Breakfast 7:00-10:00, Opening hours: 11:00-21:00.

Payment methods
Payment can be made at the reception with cash (HUF and EUR), credit card (we accept: Master Card, Maestro, Visa) and OTP, MKB and K&H SZÉP cards.
Curtain
All our rooms are equipped with light-transmitting curtains and blinds.
Bathrobe
Our guests will find bathrobes in their rooms. If you need to change the size, please inform the reception.
Bathroom
Our hotel bathrooms have a washbasin with a toothbrush cup, adequate lighting, a mirror and a socket, as well as a hairdryer. The bathrooms have a toilet, a bathtub or a shower with a protective wall, a towel rack, towels and a trash can, as well as a large storage area.
Pharmacy
There are several pharmacies near the hotel. Please ask at the reception for opening hours.
Hair dryer
The hairdryer is mounted on the wall in the bathroom.
Pets
We welcome small pets in our hotel for a fee. You are always responsible for your pet.

Beverage selection
We serve drinks in the hotel restaurant every day of the week from 7:00 to 21:00. We provide drinks service with room service during the restaurant's opening hours. The night bar located in the reception serves its guests with a limited drink selection outside the restaurant's opening hours. Opening hours: 20:00-07:00.
Play area
There is a children's playground on the ground floor for the youngest guests up to 7 years old.
Camera system
For the safety of our guests, a camera surveillance system operates in the communal areas of our building, on the terraces and on the external street fronts.
"Please do not disturb"
If you would like to remain undisturbed in your room, please place the “Please do not disturb” sign on the outside door handle! If the “Please do not disturb” sign is displayed in your room all day, we can only perform daily cleaning upon your request. Please inform the reception of any service requests you may have!

Please ask the reception for information about ATMs near the hotel.

Depending on your interests, our hotel reception will be happy to recommend cultural events in the city and the region.
Air conditioning
There is an individually controlled fan coil system in your room and in the social areas. If you have any questions about its operation, please let the reception know!

There is a passenger elevator in our hotel. We kindly ask you not to use the elevator in an emergency or in the event of a fire alarm!

The lobby at the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, with seating and drinks service.
Massage
Massage services are available at our hotel. Our masseuse is waiting for our guests after making an appointment at the reception.
Washable outlet
Each bathroom has a washable exit mat in front of the bathtub or shower.
Mattress
Modern, good condition mattress, at least 18 cm thick including the bed frame.
Minibar/fridge
The minibar in the hotel room is empty. Our guests can buy drinks and snacks from the bar located at the reception. The minibar can be refilled at the reception for a fee.
Laundry and ironing service
Laundry and ironing services are available every day of the week. Clothes collected before 9 am will be returned freshly washed the same day. Please place your clothes in the laundry bag and hand them in at the reception. If you need an iron or laundry bag, please inform the reception.
Reading lamp
A reading lamp is located next to the bed in each room, on the bedside table.
Doctor
If you require any medical attention, please notify the reception immediately.
Hanging a suit case
A closet/hanger is available in the rooms to hang your suit bag.
Parking at the hotel
Our hotel does not have a closed parking lot. Parking is available free of charge in the square in front of the hotel's main entrance, provided that the parking rules are followed.
Quilt
A duvet suitable for the season is available in every room, and an extra blanket can be requested at the reception upon request.
Pillow
For our guests, there are 2 hygienic pillows of different sizes per person in each room. Upon request, we provide additional pillows, with regular, feather or anti-allergic filling. Please contact the reception with your request!
Slippers
It is available at the reception for a fee.

Depending on the size of some of our rooms, it is possible to add an extra bed or guest bed for a fee. Please contact the reception with your request.

Our hotel television sets are suitable for receiving domestic radio channels.

You will find a separate reception desk right at the main entrance. The reception can be reached from the rooms by calling 100.
Reception service
The reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Colleagues can be reached by phone 24 hours a day at +36 30 5447550. The reception staff speaks 1 or 2 foreign languages in addition to Hungarian.
Breakfast
Depending on the hotel's occupancy, we offer our guests a rich buffet breakfast, which is included in the room rate. Opening hours: 07:00 to 10:00. The entrance to the restaurant is from the corridor in front of the elevator. In case of early departure, we can prepare a cold package, which can be ordered at the hotel reception or by phone until 20:00 the previous evening.
Event room
Our hotel has event rooms of various sizes. Technical equipment can be requested for the rooms for a fee (projection screen, wi-fi, projector, flip chart, etc.). Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. They are excellently suited for conferences, meetings, team building, business representative partner meetings, exhibitions, presentations, gala dinners, year-end company events and weddings.
Wardrobe, hanger or clothes hanger
Each room has a suitably sized wardrobe with shelves.

The shop is located at the reception, where we offer products from local and surrounding producers and artisans.

Room card
The hotel room door is operated by the room card you received at the reception upon arrival. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the reception. When checking out or leaving our hotel, please hand in the room card at the reception. In case of loss of the card, the guest is required to pay an additional fee. A replacement card can be requested at the reception for a deposit.
Room darkening
All rooms in the hotel are equipped with electric shutters. Please report any malfunctions of the shutters to the reception.
Room lighting
All rooms in the hotel have adequate lighting.
"I would like to request cleaning", room cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily between 08:00 and 16:00. Please inform the reception of your individual request and place the "Cleaning Request" sign on the outside of the room door.
Cover
Please inform the reception if you need an extra blanket.

The telephone in the hotel room only allows internal calls. You can reach the reception by dialing 100, you can call another room by dialing the room number.
Cleaning products
Our guests will find 2in1 shower gel/shampoo at the taps, bathtubs and showers, as well as spare toilet paper next to the toilet. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and slippers can be requested at the reception for an additional fee.

The bathrooms have one towel and one bath towel per person.

Fire alarm
Our hotel has fire alarms and powder extinguishers on every floor. In the event of a fire, our guests will be alerted by a siren. Please find the nearest emergency exit according to the escape route posted on the inside of the room door and leave the hotel building as soon as possible!
TV remote control
You will find the TV remote control in the rooms. Please leave it in the room when you check out. If the room attendant cannot find the remote control upon check-out, we may charge your final bill with a fee of HUF 15,000.

Shops
Our hotel has its own shop, where we offer products from local and surrounding producers and artisans. In addition, there are shops in the pedestrian street about 100 meters from the hotel. For detailed information, please contact the reception.

Sewing kits are located in the closets in the rooms, but can also be requested at the reception.

Our reception colleagues are ready to assist you with program suggestions, recommending sightseeing tours, boat and other water programs, and providing other tourist information.

Water info
According to the current legislation, after September 1, 2021, every guest using accommodation services in Hungary is required to record their legally defined personal data through the accommodation provider's document reader, in the accommodation management software, and then transfer it to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
Wellness
The wellness department of our hotel is located on the -1 floor, which can be accessed by elevator and stairs.
